Need help with my account

I bought a 2 year license in February, I want to check that my auto renewal is turned off but I can not seem to be able to access what I need to do so. I have tried the options through Nexway but I keep getting “Sorry, this is an unknown email address.”. I have sent customer services 2 emails now with no response. This is getting very frustrating as this kind of access should be straight forward, I should be able to disable these options easily. Please can someone help me with this problem.

Thanks for the reply Asyn, but I’ve already tried all those options, and I can’t access it, I can’t seem to login through Nexway as it keeps saying “Sorry, this is an unknown email address.”. I have checked my invoice and it’s “Nexway S.A.S. has fulfilled this order” so I am on the right part of the site so I don’t know why it’s saying that. I just can’t access what I need to make sure it’s cancelled because of this.

Hi DavidR, I have tried that link and all I am getting is “The order number was not found.” Which is really strange as I am currently logged into my account here looking at my Licensees and seeing the expiration date of 2017 so it is clearly valid yet I have no way of check to see if the auto renewal option is ON because I apparently don’t have access to this.

Hi, my new ‘primary email’ does not update properly - it is ok on Avast website, but on ‘avast internet security’ programme itself it is not updating - there is old email address. So it may cause me problems… ?
