Just ran my first scan with avast and now I need some help. I am not sure what to do with the four High Severity Threats that were found. This is what they are;

Threat: JS:ScriptPE-inf [Trj]
File Name:
C:\Windows\System32\config\Systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows.…\vh[2].htm
Threat: htmHTML:Iframe-inf
File Name:
C:\Windows\System32\config\Systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows.…\search[1].htm
Threat: HTML:RedirME-inf[Trj]
File Name:
C:\Windows\System32\config\Systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows.…\search[2].htm
Threat: HTML:RedirME-inf[Trj]
Can anyone please tell me if I should; Move to Chest, Repair, Delete, or Do Nothing to these files? It also found a ton of files that said; Error: Archive is password protected. (42056) and I am not sure what to do with them either!
