I purchases Avast in Feb 2014 - I had to rest my laptop and I lost all my information, when I tried to re install AvastCWLGXP it will not allow me to?? please help

  • Which avast-version? (Free, Pro, Internet Security, Premier)
  • Which program version (2014.9.0.2018 is the latest)?
  • Other security related software installed?
  • Which AV program was installed before? And how was it uninstalled?

Running Windows 7 home premium 64-bit

I had to do a complete re-install of Windows. I am trying to reinstall AVAST Pro Anti-Virus, but it will not accept my license code. How can I access my original purchase info on the web site to prove I am a valid customer?
