Hello.
A few days ago, I downloaded Avast Internet Security and Cleanup Premium, and paid for license subscription.
However, I found out just today that those subs were automatically refunded without me doing anything to manually cancel the subs.
I need help finding out why, given that I’ve still got those licenses showing up in those programs.

Be patient, a reply can take a few business days.
Also, don’t submit multiple requests…!! (FIFO)

Directly no, it is just letting you know we can only refer it, but we have no control over when it would be addressed/resolved.
