Need help with Win32:Malware-gen

I was running a scan on avast! free edition like I usually do and I found Win32:Malware-gen on 2 of my files.
All of the actions have an error of that the “system cannot find the file specified (2)”
I would appreciate some help on this matter on how to remove or deal with it.
Please respond as early as possible

What version of Avast are you using? 4.8 or 5.0?

What are the 2 filenames has avast detected?

I’m using 5.0, and the 2 files infected are
C:\Documents and Settings\Sony\Local Settings\Temp\cvasds0.dll
and
C:\Documents and Settings\Sony\Local Settings\Temp\cvasds1.dll

I suggest you run SuperAntiSpyware Free. If it doesn’t work, you can use MBAM.

Thanks for the help, it seems like the virus was dealt with but since I didn’t really see any change in my computer when avast! detected the virus, who knows?

Your Hijack log shows clean. But you need to get a third-party firewall.

Did you use SAS or MBAM?

I used SAS to scan the system.
I’ll take your advice to get a firewall, but it’s been bugging me how I got the virus.
Any ideas?
