Hello I sent a message a few weeks ago and haven’t received any help…I paid for Avast premier and I don’t get it? Why doesn’t anyone reply ? Do I need to cancel my subscription and find a new Anti-virus protection?

I bought and paid for Avast premier and the safe zone doesn’t work and when I do a complete computer virus scan there are files that aren’t being scanned and could be infected causing my computer to freeze up and not work properly…

Repair avast!:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → avast!
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.
