Hi so a few months ago I downloaded Avast to clean my PC for free. Just recently (2-3 days ago) I upgraded my PC and wiped everything off of my PC. Today I checked my bank account and found out that I’ve been charged $54 for avast. I did not mean to purchase it and do not remember purchasing it at all. If anything it should have charged me for months prior…but why now all of the sudden? If I knew this program would charge me this much instead of being free I would have never downloaded it. Please send me a PM because I would like a refund.
