I submitted a ticket on April 2, 2014 requesting a refund for the Avast product which was ordered by mistake. I have not heard anything at all from anyone. When I called for support, I was told to “just continue to wait…we cannot help over the phone”. When can I expect my refund??? I find it just terrible that I cannot call and talk to a person who can assist me!
