I am operating right now without protection, except for MBAM. I was told to install the newest version of AIS over my present version to see if that would alleviate a problem. I had my license, but it wouldn’t let me insert it. I went to the Avast site and asked them to resend my license and they did. But again, I can’t insert it. When I click on it and try to drag it to the “Insert License File” box there’s a black circle with a line through it and I can not insert it.
Please Help!!!
