I presume you have paid for the licenses of avast! pro?
If you have and still have not received the key(s), I think the best option would be to send an email to the sales team: sales(at)avast(dot)com
Let them know of your predicament, and they should be able to help you.

Where did you purchase your license, e.g. via avast.com and the on-line store or through a reseller ?
Does your ISP or yourself use an anti-spam filter ?
If so check that the email isn’t in the spam folder.
You could also try contacting sales (at) avast (dot) com directly, with the details of your purchase, date made, email address used for the license to be sent, etc.
