Need License Information that was purchased after wiping HDD

Hi. I purchased Avast over a month ago and was running that until I had to wipe the hard drive. Now, I can no longer use the software I paid for because the website says there is no record of a paid license. I sent a ticket # in some time ago but have never heard back - at all. What do I need to do to actually get a response? I’m not looking for a refund - just the license I paid for.

Right. Tried that before and I’m getting the same response:
"Dear customer,
we are sorry, but our records show no valid purchases with the e-mail address you specified.
Please make sure the information you supplied is correct, and the original purchase was carried out using this email address.
If you purchased your license from an Avast reseller please contact the reseller directly (http://www.avast.com/locate-dealer).

I’m not entering a different email account, because this is the same account I am using to log in to Avast.com and this forum.

You must enter the exact same email used when you purchased the license.

Again - I did that. I did not use a different email address. No dice.

Since Avast obviously does not have the right information for the license I purchased. Can’t they look it up another way? I have the charge against my account that I can use as proof of purchase, so there has to be something other than just: “what’s your email address?”.
