My computer crashed and I had to buy a new one. I downloaded avast internet suite, but my old license (2 years bought 01/13) does not work. Yes, I did open a support ticket yesterday, to no avail. Can you help? Thanks!

When the time comes to activate your avast! installation don’t forget to fully remove all traces of Norton - use their removal tool and reboot a couple of times before re-installing avast!.
