I have an older laptop running Windows XP which has Avast v5.1.
This laptop is not connected to the internet, and I want to uninstall Avast from it however I need the older version of Avastclear that works with non-SSE2 processors (eg v10 or thereabouts).
I can’t find a non-SSE2 version for downloading anywhere on the internet, can anybody help with this search?
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
The current version of Avast Clear works for a lot of systems even XP, but using such an ancient version of avast v5.1, when the last supported version in XP was avast 18.8. But presumably you can’t run later programs in they don’t non-SSE2.
Avast doesn’t hold old versions of Programs (other than the latest program version), so I rather doubt they would have old copies of avastclear.
