Need Real Help Fast!!

Hey!..I’m new in this forum…and I’ve been hit real bad with trojans…I ran avast several times and I still get these specific ones ??? ???:

Win32:Agent-IUW [trj]
Win32:OnLineGames-BBH [trj]
Win32:OnLineGames-CTO [trj]

I’m wondering how you get these out of the computer!

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I suggest:

  1. Disable System Restore and reenable it after step 3.
  2. Clean your temporary files.
  3. Schedule a boot time scanning with avast with archive scanning turned on.
  4. Use SUPERantispyware and/or Spyware Terminator to scan for spywares and trojans. If any infection is detected, better and safer is send the file to Quarantine than to simple delete than.
  5. Test your machine with anti-rootkit applications. I suggest Trend Micro RootkitBuster.
  6. Make a HijackThis log to post here or, better, submit the RunScanner log to to on-line analysis.
  7. Immunize your system with SpywareBlaster or Windows Advanced Care.
  8. Check if you have insecure applications with Secunia Software Inspector.

hey i am suffering from the same problem. i tried the procedures that uve described .but of no avail…i am posting my hjt log file here

Can you break that long line?

Have you tried a boot time scan with avast!?

Right click the scanner screen, select ‘schedule a boot time scan’ and reboot when requested.

Run HijackThis! again, tick the following entries, close all other windows and click ‘fix’. Reboot and post a fresh log.
