I got the premium version of Avast Mobile Backup and Restore. Backed up everything on my Samsung S3. Something on the phone messed up and it had to be “hard reset”. So since I have this avast app - figured no problem. Went to myavast.com and my account, went thru the menu to get to where you click on it to “Restore” and “Send” to restore the stuff to the phone. Problem is that it won’t do anything. I keep getting error messages saying “command timed out” and “internal server error”.
Don’t know why I paid $15 for this app if I can’t get my stuff back on my phone >:( Somebody help please??!!
