I purchased Avast internet security and a year of Grime Fighter for a computer that was infected and I was desperately trying to fix. It didn’t work, and I wound up junking that computer. I needed something quick, so I got a chrome book. Can’t use Avast on those, can’t download my account onto it. I’m paying for something that didn’t work, and now can’t use it at all. How do I cancel and get my money back?
