Need to delete vault / syncing so i can set up new one

I installed the app on android and opened it but didn’t complete the set up. So I created a master password and got the recovery email. However, I went to actually use / check out the app a couple of weeks later and it says my master password is wrong. No big deal because there are no passwords in there yet but I guess I never got as far as authorizing a device because when I tried to create a new vault it won’t let me sync or self authorize. Looks I need you to reset my sync account.

or send me direct email to kvetko@avast.com from email address you used for synchonization and I perform the reset

I sent you an email. I had already tried the self authorization but it still wanted my original master password.
