Hello Avast Support Team,
I am writing regarding a serious issue with my Avast VPN account.
I previously connected a few trusted devices to my account, but those devices have since been shared further without my authorization. As a result, there is excessive traffic on my VPN account, and I am now unable to properly use the service myself.
The major problem is that there is no option available for me to remotely log out connected devices or force a sign-out across all sessions, nor does changing credentials appear to terminate existing connections.
This situation has become an account security and abuse issue.
I am formally requesting the following actions from your side:
1. A forced logout of all devices currently connected to my Avast VPN account.
2. A full account session reset on your servers.
3. Confirmation that all existing VPN sessions have been terminated.
- And if possible change my activation code because they could use that to get access again.
If this cannot be resolved, please let me know the proper procedure to fully secure my account, as the current limitation is severely impacting my ability to use a service I paid for.
I appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response.
Kind regards,
