"Negotiation with the server failed"

I saw an old post with this topic but no resolution…

I’m staying in a hotel where my secureline will not login with the above error message.

It works fine in the office and on my phone hotspot.

I’ve reinstalled a few hundred times no change

I’ve checked with the hotel IT and they can see no reason why it doesn’t work and there are no restrictios in place

I’ve installed Tunnel Bear, VPN in touch, VPN Shield and a few other apps and they work fine

i don’t want to buy another app subscription but will if I have to as I’m in this hotel for a few weeks

Does anything change if you try connecting to different locations?

Would you mind to take some time to collect the logs from the VPN so we can check what’s happening exactly?
I’ll send you instructions how to do that, if that’s ok.
