Netclient deployed problems

Hi,

I have two errors deploying netclient.

1º Deployed avast to a workstation and then, there is no icon near system clock but I think the software works because when I open a web page avast window is shown…outlook scan window too

2º At avast console, deploy task done without problems but after restarting the target computers, the workstations shows No antivirus installation… why?

and welcome to the avast forum.

I’d recommend checking the setup log files on each of the machines. They’re located in the \setup\setup.log file.

As about the tray icon - I suppose you haven’t disabled it in the Computer Group settings (in the ADNM Console)? If not, it can mean that the aswDisp.exe process is (for some reason) not running. Please check if it’s running using the Task Manager.

Computers with no A icon near system clock don have aswDisp.exe process running.

Why? And… what can I do to resolve?
