Network Lock causes error message

When i try to activate the Network Lock first time after boot over the tray icon i get an error message (see attachement in german language). When i had opened the GUI and then activate the Network Lock there appears no error message. I’ve already tried a repair of avast.

I cant help, but this happens to me quite frequently as well … like 10 minutes ago. Always have to reboot as I can’t seem to KILL the AIS processes running so I can re-start AIS

After the reboot I tried it again and it worked, butr sometime it will do it again. This happens on two different CPU’s, both running XP Pro SP3

Plus there is another posting of the same that should be moved into this thread, I think ?

Well, it’s a bug… should be fixed in the next program update.

Same here igor, thanks for letting us know it will be fixed in the near future.

Really like aVast IS and that seems to be my only issue.

I’ve only been using aVast IS for a few months, used eSet Node previously. Also tried a few other trials before deciding on aVast IS
