When using my browser of choice GreenBrowser, I never see the Network Shield Screen.
If I run IE, i always notice the Network Shield.
Does that mean that this feature isn’t working when I use GreenBrowser?

Yes technical there is if I open IE.
There isn’t when I open any of the other IE based browsers. I tried 8 different IE based browsers none of them show the splash screen only Internet Explorer.
Are you sure you’re not speaking about the Script Blocker?
Where did you activate the splash screen for Network Shield?
