Networks Problem

Hello! Once I saw, that my computer works slowly, I checked many options and at least saw that there on the way Protection => Firewall => Networks appeared two unknow Networks: Network 9 and Network 10. Network 10 is trusted, Network 9 untrusted. I set Network 10 untrusted and reload the computer. And what I see? After reloading Network 10 disappeared from the list, and Network 9 became trusted. I set Network 9 untrusted and start to work. Another interesting moment. When computer set to Sleep Mode and I activate it again, I see the Network 10 trusted again in the list.

Tell me, please, what it is going and help me to solve the issue, please.

Hey! Sounds like a network issue after sleep mode. Try this:

1. Go to Control Panel > Network Connections, right-click your adapter, and select Properties.
2. Under Power Management, uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Also, check your Norton firewall settings and remove any unknown networks manually. That should fix it!

Does windows make new network names each time you wake the pc?? If so, change the network name to any japanese name once for yourself and then check.
