Never Received My Email From Avast On My Purchase of AIS

This morning I purchased AIS for my other computer and everything seemed to be going right. License was inserted, etc. etc. But, they said I would get a copy of the invoice for my records, which would be sent to my email address. Well, still no invoice. Good thing I wrote down the Activation Code, that’s all I received. How can I get a copy of the paid invoice, please?

I did submit a Support Ticket and now have to wait 24 hours. Any suggestions into getting it sooner, as I am NOT able to be on the computer very often and would like my copy of the product I paid for as soon as possible, please.

Presumably the email you used was valid and isn’t blocked by a spam filter ?

You can try the Resend avast License http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.

Support tickets can take 5-10 working days.

Lookup your order status and you should be able to download the invoice from there.

You are not making much sense. How where you able a license if you didn't had/have one? To get a copy of the product, simply download it.
