New AMS version

In few days we’ll see a new AMS version.

  1. Find an “issue” in the actual 2.0.2617 (AT beta?): when the warning of “issues” is shown in yellow at the top of the app, the AT detects 3 issues: unkown sources, device admin and a third one that I can’t remember. But it is not detecting that the proof reset backup are correctly saved. You can only discover this when checking your settings backup manually.

  2. The restart after upgrading was weird: the phone screen get “red” and only some seconds (~30) the lockscreen got it’s real color.

  3. Right now, the AMS firewall is being bypassed by Hotspot Shield. Is there any solution for that? I mean, use both app at the same time? I’m translating the AMS and seems a new feature is the “topmost” setting. Will the firewall work side by side with other network apps?

  4. Curiosity: will the “new” browsers listed inside AMS supported by Web Shield?

I just got an update and I have a question. It seems that the most popular browser for Android is Dolphin ( I use it and love it). Why does it say that Web Shield support is only experimental and only for the mini version?
