NEW AVAST ACCOUNT

AVAST is not accepting my Bank details and there i am unable to complete my purchase?
Will someone from Accounts department contact me in this regard? I am from South Africa.
This is preventing me from completing and securing my PC.

Thank you i look forward to hearing from the Accounts department urgently please.
