This is a very tireing situation, I downloaded the updated my program. It blocks my internet I can not get on with my desk top. The fix Now button also doesn’t work for making the web sheilds turn on. I tried everything. I have now unistalled my Internet suit on both computers. I really like avast but the fix now button is a joke. Now that it blocks my internet, is more annoying. I need help I have no clue what I am doing. I have unistalled Avast numerous times because of the fix now button. I always reinstalled it. My subscribtion doesn’t end tll 237 days I think. I know it is sometime in 2013. I will gladly reinstall if you all can fix or tell me how to fix what ever is going on. WHich will be hard since the desktop can not get on the internet because of being blocked. It as also said it not identifying my home network. It has also said it doesn’t recognise my local internet connect the IP is invalid. I got this problem after I updated the the Internet suit. I really want my money back but I feel that since I am righting you after a 100 some odd days of using it I doubt I will get it back soooo please I need help. If you can please help I will greatly appreciate it.
