thanks for the new version. the long delay for the gui opening is gone since I did a truly clean windows 10 installation from iso before i installed avast.

I looked at the list of files and data collected by the app, and it seems like a pretty exhaustive list of things, some of which I’m not comfortable sharing. As a general rule, I try to limit the kind of information that installed software can obtain from my devices and that gets sent to developers. Is there a way for me to review the information that is actually collected (in the form of a file I can read) before it gets sent?

Hi Jamie2020, you can choose on the second support tool screen the button “Options…” here you can select what kind of information will the tool collect. You can also choose to not send the package automatically, so you can review the file on the disk and if needed also remove another information from the package.
