New Beta topic missing

When I click on the Beta forum it is missing the new Beta download topic.
the link that comes up is https://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=15.0

I am seeing this on IE and FF on 2 computers.

How would i report this problem beside like this?
I do not know how to contact the Admin directly about this situation.

Clicking on beta will take you to the beta form.
That is exactly how it it is supposed to work.
There is no problem with it at all.
