Hi everyone,

new beta version 18.7.2352 (build 18.7.4021) is released.

What’s new

Changes in settings (only for beta, it won’t be part of stable 18.7 release)

  • old settings will be used XP and Vista
  • new settings will be used Windows 7 and higher

What was fixed

  • Avast Passwords - Synchronizations between devices
  • Two detection dialogs when phishing detected
  • License activation issues in Russia
  • other minor stabilization fixes

Known issues

  • Some new settings sections are still not ready yet

I updated manually (via GUI), I’d be nice to get some kind of progress bar like in earlier versions.

Also, once closed, progress bar just disappears and cannot see what is running.
Nice to get back these features.

I also agree.
Progress bar/stats is always a plus in any software. It would be great to have that returned.

Current UI-Version is now shown in Info. 8)

We plan to finish new settings in the next version. Cause it is large feature we are offering them for beta testing part by part as it is ready.

Known issue, it is height on our bug priority list. Will be fixed soon.
