there is a new beta version ready - 23.7.6072 (build 23.7.8320).

What is fixed

  • Operating system no longer freezes for some time after every reboot when AVAST is installed
  • Internal changes related to AVAST tray
  • Some crashes fixed

In Ransomware Shield Protected Folders list, the green checkmarks problem mentioned for last beta is not fixed.

Hello, we are currently working on tasks with higher priority and most probably this issue will not be fixed in this release (23.7)

Instead of trying to fix the DPI settings, why not just remove all the green check marks? They serve no purpose except to look nice but in this case, they look messy.

Also, in Do Not Disturb mode, I added Microsoft ‘Photos’ app manually to it. On every PC reboot, the Photos app will disappear from the DND list. Same if I let DND add automatically Photos to the list.

Do Not Disturb is supposed to suppress Avast pop-ups but it doesn’t suppress Firewall Ask rules.
