We’re pleased to announce that we have released a new beta version of Avast Secure Browser (ASB) - version 84.0.
Changes:
- (New) Dark Mode setting - you can set the browser to be always in Light or Dark mode via a new setting. Settings > Appearance > Browser Colors
- (New) Support for importing cookies from Firefox
- (New) Adblock 3-State: You’re already enjoying the ad-free browsing experience with Avast Secure Browser to help web pages load faster. With this updated version you are also able to choose the level at which ads can be blocked, either blocking simple ads, more aggressive and intrusive ones or blocking all ads.
Fixes:
- Issues related to hardware acceleration causing videos to flicker and not play correctly
How to get this latest version:
Existing beta channel users will be updated automatically on the background.
