New case of infection URL:Mal by anythicago, opticguardzip, ..., in svchost.exe

Good evening,
I would like to request your help because, as many other people in the last weeks, I’ve been infected by a malware which pops up at each session start (as Avast informs me). It takes multiple names and supposedly comes from svchost.exe
To save time, I’ve done the steps needed to assist in cleaning software. So I ran Malwarebytes (which found and erased 60 threats), then FRST (I attached the two text files required), and then tried to run aswMBR (but it crashed every time, after a few minutes scanning… don’t know why).
The problem still appears.

Could you help me ? I am not a well trained programer.
Thank you very much !

Nicolas

I have the same problem and every time I try to do something about it, AVAST asks me for my password and every single time I’ve typed it in, they tell me my password is wrong!

Here are the results. My machine has been rebooted.
(unfortunately the malware is still here, as Avast told me at the session opening)

blue_dolphin_velvet_gerbera,

[*]Press the Fix button just once and wait.
[*]If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
[*]When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.

Hello again,

The threat seems to have disappeared. I restarted two times my computer, but Avast didn’t tell me anything.
I also attached the file you asked for.

I really appreciated your help, TwinHeadedEagle.
It’s really kind of guys like you to give your time to clean machines of novice users.
The least that I could do was to donate 12$ to your organization.

Thank you very much !

Nicolas

Thanks
