I just paid $100 for a year of service. The first scan said I am not protected pay more. Why wouldn’t they sell me what I need to be protected? Just part of it? Very concerned and disappointed.
I bet this was a Smart Scan ?
Personally I don’t do on-demand scan and that includes the so called Smart Scan. To me much of what the Smart Scan finds results in a recommendation of another avast paid product.
However, you don’t give much information to work with.
