i have sent two emails trying to get a answer. i have 3 units i need protection for. i tried yours the free trial then paid 30 dollars for a upgrade an cleaning. my computer now is worse off than before. i dont understand why someone hasnt got back to me. if this is what i have to deal with i want a refund an want use your service. i think this could be worked out if someone would contact me. either by email or phone 423 290 5518. ty
