New files called "171024650125001 files" in Avast's Program Files directory

I found two new files in C:\Program Files\Avast Software\Avast that were called aswProperty.dll.171024650125001 and aswProperty.dll.sum.171024650125001. They were created this morning at the same time that the Avast Emergency Update task ran, so I am tempted to feel that this is related.

Does anyone else have these files in the file directory listed above? Anyone know what these are for and if they have been used in the past?

So after a restart from installing Windows Updates, those two files are now gone and may have been updates for aswProperty.dll and aswPoperty.dll.sum, as those two now share the same ‘Date modified’ timestamp.
