New free Avast preventing Live mail connecting to server

Long time Avast user here.
Installed new version last week.
Since then Live mail can not connect to my email servers at my f2s account.
Suddenly I can neither send or recieve emails on this account.
If I disable avast I can immediately connect and recieve.

Is there a setting in the email shield I can tweak, otherwise it looks like I will have to disable the mail shield.

You should update XP to SP3:

Please go to PROFILE then Modify Profile then Forum Profile Information then Please select your country:

Never mind - I sorted it. Changed the port to 110 and SSL to ‘none’.
