new here Win32:malware-gen in steam folder

hi all, i got a message after booting up this morning i hadn’t even connected to the internet but recived a message saying malware detected here is a link to a screen shot of the information i can find

any help would be greatly appreciated ive never had a virus before so am unsure as to what to do.

Try a forum search for this file name as there have been a couple of them about this detection.
