New license key not working. format incompatible

Hi!
I have a real problem with the free version and the license key.
I have 3 offline computer with I register manually using the license key.
It’s appear that the new license key format is xxxxx-xxx where the old one looks like xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.
How can I register? I tried to reinstall Avast, but no success. the old format is still requested.

There is a limit on the amount of times you can use the license key.
If I recall correctly it is three times.

You need to use the license file, not the key.
