I have a Mac. Sorry I don’t know what kind of Mac I don’t know how to find it. I know I have a virus on it cause I get a pop up that sends me to malah.net. I looked it up and it’s some kind of virus. Avast is the only antivirus that works on a Mac and malwarebytes doesn’t come for Macs. I’m worried I have other viruses too on my computer because I am noticing a slight slowdown in my computer. And every now and then I will click a link or press “back” on my computer and it will just keep loading but the page doesn’t move.
Any help is appreciated.
Run a full scan with avast and let us know if it finds something or not.
You are wrong… there is a version of Malwarebytes for Mac. But with one caveat… It is very simplistic and not near as advanced as the PC version. It was a program that was bought by Malwarebytes from a private party of one. By all means run it, but it is not close to the PC version.
