From today, all My Opera accounts also have an @myopera.com e-mail address and you can try out our new mail service at https://mail.opera.com, just log in with the same user name and password you use for My Opera, Opera Link or Opera Unite.

… this was posted last Thursday, but I just found out when visiting the site earlier today.

ps: supports IMAP/SMTP (ssl/tls), already tried, works fine :wink:

Starting at 1GB for now, will increase later.

note that as mentioned in the blog and their forums, many features are still missing and will be added progressively, so don’t look for the bells and whistles of Gmail in MyOpera mail settings as there’s almost nothing yet :wink:
