New once again

I had trouble with account page for checking devices , page timing out etc.
Log into my avast forum, different username, but when I logged in it had created a new forum account. Had moderate delete account, which was different to my forum log in.

Went to log into forum and could not.

Anyway I have registered again.
Old user name gertty

Pain in the a… having to type in Verification again >:(

Does not make a difference if it is there or not as it will not allow me to log in.
Before I set up a new account tried at least 20 times . Yes i have double checked, tripled check user name and password, till the cows come home.

Even tried now and still get this see attachment.

You’re welcome.
It seems (from what I can see) your email was deleted.
If you want to dig deeper, you need to contact the admin.

I will just use the latest username.
Main point can log into forum.
