New Release Problem.

Hi,

Just a quick question.

I have avast premier and one 1 of my pc’s it appears to cause a major problem with the process windows going blank and although programs will run they do not appear on the screen. :cry:

The only way to cure that is to reboot but after about 1/2 hour even when the pc is not being used the problem occurs again.

I suspect avast as this did not happen until the latest release and using a backup without updating the pc appears to work fine.

I will remove avast in safe mode asap as I have a backup of when the pc is faulty.

The repair option did not help. ::slight_smile:

So how long is it ok to run the pc with the old program version until I can delete and reinstall avast which will hopefully cure the problem?

You are still protected even if you’re using an older version.
You’re still receiving streaming and VPS updates.
What you aren’t getting are any new or fixed things in the new version.
