I am embarrased to tell, I have paid for 1 yr avast home subscription. Printed out how supposively to download it. I can’t figure how to get to a site that asks me for the key or anything else. BR

You PAID for the home edition? To whom? The Home edition is FREE OF CHARGE. Did you buy it online? Where exactly?

On avast website; ALWIL SOFTWARE, PRODUCT ID: 192878 AND THE KEY WAS ENCLOSED WITH THE EMAIL.

So what’s the problem, really?

Enter the key to the program (if you have already installed it) - just run it from the desktop icon, OR download it from the download page: http://www.avast.com/eng/down_pro.html
