What are the steps to suppress the alerts or resolve the issue?

I have the error as well. I have only 30 PCs on the business avast. It’s filling up my log and driving my management server crazy. Is there a fix for this coming or no???

Same “new synchronize delay 360” multiple times on Windows Server… Please fix this.

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to touch base on this issue. We are working on correcting this but at this time I’m not sure how this will be addressed. The issue is showing ready for development so hopefully we will see a fix soon.

Bump - It’s the 15th and I’m still seeing this on both Win 2012 and 2003 servers. Both are DCs.

Heh, apparently not.

Have about 80 Windows 7 Pro machines running Avast! Business Security 2015. They are all being flooded by this error “new synchronize delay 360”. It usually starts with a “synchronize - exchange FAILED -12” It looks like all the updates are being applied.

Just to add another “me too”.

Many Event ID “1” from source “bcc” - "new synchronize delay 360 ". Repeating every ~6m (~360s)

Brand new Avast installs (07/29) on our test group of Win 7 machines.

Looking forward to a resolution.

Just wanted to give an update, the bug for this has been marked fixed. At this time I do not have a release date, but should be included in the next program version update.

Still getting notifications 8/19… Any time frame for the next version update with this bug fixed?

I guess they are in no hurry to get it fixed, release the new build already!
