New to VMware

Hello,

I have finally shown some interest in what others have used for quite a long time. So today I decided that I am going to try the VMware enviroment. Since many of you have used it or are using it (maybe even to view this page) I was wondering which edition I should take, preferably a free one.

Any advise is welcome

Of course the free one, download and install the last VMware Server 1.0.3.44356.
You’ll need to register to receive a free key (for Linux, Windows or Mac).
After that, you can play with virtual OS installed into VMware system.
