Hi,
which AV-Prog detected this, and where (full path) was it found ?
Which Win ?

hi,
I have checked my provider which anti-virusprogam they used but they didn’t gave me the name of the virusscanner but I think they used Norton antivirus!
It is windows 2000 …
I don’t understand what you mean with"full path"?
I am not so good in computerlanguage so explain me what it is " full path"?
???
Michel

Full path is something like:

C:\winnt\system32<filename>.exe

how do you now that you got this Trojan ?
if your provider scans Emails, it shouldn’t have reached you … ???

have you scanned your whole PC with uptodate AVAST or another AV-Program ? ???

Info:
http://f-secure.com/v-descs/webber.shtml
Trend-Info

from f-secure’s Info you find the alias HELOC=webber, which is in Avasts Database, as you can easily check for yourself by clicking on the upper left corner of Avasts mainscanner window, and selecting virus database…

hi again,
i must tell you now that i was lucky because my provider “Telenet” catched that new trojan virus, this is what they wrote to my:
The suspicious file was saved to quarantine with name: 1058507801-RAV14804
So it never came into my pc,but i want to warn u all be carefull if you received that message with attachment!
sensere and thanks for everything,
Michel.

does the virus or Trojan have a name? Cause the number is of little use? what virus program dected it? Cause as far as I have heard not many Ip’s offer virus/trojan protection like that? It is normally a 3rd party program?
