New unknown virus detected. :-\ but Avast (and many anti-virus) not detected… 
The virus is doing many things at once:
Create AdobeReader Folder : DSCI5829.jpg (program structure rather looks like (EXE).),
create Many *.lnk file same name as the folders, while the hidden folders(will be hidden and system attributes), and of course, an Autorun.inf file.
Now I have sent to the antivirus chest (Avast Free 6).

Sending it to the chest is the first step, from there you can submit to the avast virus lab for analysis. They need a sample to be able to analyse and create a signature.
Send the sample/s to avast as a Undetected Malware:
Once in the chest, right click on the file and select ‘Submit to virus lab…’ complete the form and submit, the file will be uploaded during the next update.
