New update - loss of internet on browser

Hello;

I received an update within the last 24 hours. Now, whenever I try to go to Facebook, the browser loses all internet access.

This can only be fixed by either logging or restarting.

If I do not access Facebook, I can freely utilize the internet. As soon as I access Facebook (with Antitrack running), all websites are no longer accessible.

I have followed all steps as provided on https://support.avast.com/en-us/article/Troubleshoot-AntiTrack-web-access-speed/

The only current way to stop this is to shut off Antitrack entirely (and restart)

Please investigate.

Hi,

Please try to reset your browser (https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Reset-browser/) and thereafter re-add the Antitrack extension (https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Install-AntiTrack-browser-extension/).

As this appears to be a bigger issue than I originally thought, with no quick fix, I have contacted Customer support.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hello. I am experiencing the same issue.
When I close the AntiTrack application, I am once again able to access Facebook.
Has there been any resolution for this issue?
