First things first. Make sure you have completely removed NAV using the uninstall util from Symantec. If you don’t do that, you can get conflicts.
1,2,3 Avast can do that also. (depends on the settings you set ofcourse)
For 3 however you need the Pro version or (if you have the Home version) use the tasksheduler in Windows.
